Electrophoretic Lacquers
Electrophoretic Lacquers are water base organic resins. Electrophoretic lacquers are diluted with demineralised water in tank and DC charge is applied to a metal part immersed in a tank of oppositely charged lacquer particles. The paint particles are drawn to the metal part and lacquer is deposited on the component, forming an even, continuous film over the entire surface, until the coating reaches the desired thickness.
The lacquer can be deposited on metal substrates such as Aluminium, Copper, Gold, Silver, Brass, Zinc Rich Metals, Zamac, Galvanized /Galvaneal. Stainless steel, CRS/HRS etc. either as direct or for advanced finishes after nickel plating and/ or silverflashing. Metal products coated using this method are artificial jewellery, gift items, door handles, hardware products etc.

Waterbase Wood Stains
Available as waterbase stain and solventbase stains in range of colours.
Waterbase lacquer
Water base lacquers features are high build fast drying general purpose with low VOC (Volatile organic compounds). Water base lacquers are suitable for pine furniture, bedroom furniture and occasional furniture.
Waterbase Enamels
Water base Enamel is high build fast drying general purpose low VOC. White Primer suitable for use over MDF.
Water base Enamel is suitable for bedroom and occasional furniture.
UV Cured Lacquer
UV Cured lacquer cures instantly and has high durability and zero VOCS. These lacquers are suitable for contract furniture and moulding.
