Dip & Spray Product range at glance
Dip and Spray lacquers are waterbase or solventbase as Air Drying or Stoving. Products can be manufactured as matt, semi matt, satin, satin matt, semi gloss, off gloss, full gloss. Gloss at 60° degree angle is Matt 10 to 15%, Satin Matt 20%, Satin 25 to 30%, Semi Gloss 50 to 60% and Gloss >80%
There are various types of dip & spray lacquers available for metal products. It is more suited for brass and other metal decorative products and offers protective film to prevent from tarnishing. These lacquers can also be used on glass, plastic, ceramics and candles depending on suitability.
(1A- Acrylic) Solventbase Acrylic Air dry lacquer:
Available as clear or with higher viscosity pigmented version in various colours. Suitable to coat gift items.
(1A- Polyurethane) Solventbase Polyurethane Air dry lacquer:
Available as clear or with higher viscosity pigmented version in various colours. Suitable to coat gift items.
(1B) Watertbase Acrylic Air dry lacquer:
Available as clear or with higher viscosity pigmented version in various colours. Suitable to coat gift items.
(2) Solventbase Acrylic Stoving lacquer:
Available as clear or with higher viscosity pigmented version in various colours. Stoving offers higher resistance. Suitable to coat gift items.
(3) Waterbase Stoving lacquer :
Easy to apply.
(4) Heat Resistance stoving Enamel :
Available in various colours. Suitable for outer coating of cookware. Also available as silicon base, PU base, Epoxy base, Acrylic Heat Resistant lacuers
Silicon base is cured at 270 and offers 350 degree resistance.Prpoerties of other Heat Reistant lacquers on request.
(5) Waterbase Grey Stoving Enamel:
(6) Solventbase Epoxy Dip/ Spray stoving Lacquer :
offers improved adhesion and resistance properties compared with conventional stoving enamels.
