Agitation
Please note it is important that lacquers have good agitation.
All Shinex lacquers require 2 to 3 turnovers per hour circulation of bath volume as agitation.
As white lacquer has pigment which is dense (heavy) the bath would require 8 to 10 turnovers per hour circulation.
Filtration
It is recommended that particle filtration down to 1 micron is maintained using normal filter.
Ultrafiltration unit
We recommend Osmonics membrane 213T-ED4 for small installations and 416T–ED4 for larger installations.
OSMO213T-ED4- This would be 40 inch tall Stainless steel tube with plastic top casing/housing (weight 3 kg) to hold 2 inch wide and 39 inch long (weight 2 kg) membrane capable of doing 30 to 40 litre per hour.
OSMO416T–ED4 - This would be 40 inch tall Stainless steel tube with plastic top casing/housing (weight 4 kg) to hold 4 inch wide and 39 inch long (weight 3.2 kg) membrane capable of doing 120 to 160 litre per hour. For this system you would also require adaptor kit.
The pump pushes bath solution to membrane which will filter and feed the lacquer back in to tank and separate solvents etc as permeate.
As per requirement there could be number of these units on each installation.
