Coating on Aluminium
(i) Cathodic and Anodic Electrophoretic lacquers will work on Aluminium. Anodic are preferred choice.
(ii) Aluminium Zincate process is necessary only if you need to nickleplate on Aluminium.
Coating on Polished Brass
HB lacquers are more suitable to coat directly on polished brass.
Coating on Stainless steel
HB lacquers are more suitable to coat directly on stainless steel. Cathodic or Anodic lacquer would work. Anodic would be preferred option for higher performance.
