Stripping Coating solution and method
How to strip the coating before curing?
For some reason if you want to strip the coating before product are cured in oven you have two options.
Drop jig back in lacquer tank without any voltage, but this might take longer.
The other option is to use Striping Solution. To strip coating simply submerse components in the solution. Disolves in 5 to 10 minutes (depends on coating thickness)
How to strip the coating after curing?
For some reason if you want to strip the coating after curing in oven. Use Striping solution and follow following process.
There are various options as:
Use single component Striper made for removing after coating.
Or Add 100ml Shinex striping solution to 1 litre of Demineralise water. To strip coating fill the solution in a container which has a heating bar. At 70 degrees submerse components in the solution.
Or alternatively use two component stripping solution. To strip coating simply submerse components in the solution mix.
