SHINEX Technologies operates through the distributorship for each area. This could be for a specific town or country and once the structure is set, it is long term business relationship.
The distributor could be one who has worked in coating industry or is working in a coating material distribution business and intends to set up own business.
You may choose to launch this product under your own brand in the local market.
The metal finishing industry happens to be very secretive about their process and materials used. The manufacturers do not make others aware on how they achieve the quality and finishing. They guard this with much secrecy and see this as their individual competitive advantage.
Similarly there are many suppliers who sell products under own label and as a result the industry is filled with many trade names for various products, where the base products would be the same, but 'many would sell as their own brand locally'.
It is important that initially the finishers are convinced and the best way to do is use one end user/ finisher who would get the discounted price raw material on the condition that the plant could be used as a demonstration unit and reference point. Once few start using the material, the coating industry is such that with word of mouth the sales start to increase.
The key factors are availability of stock and serving market well. Once the product is established, the local dealers would purchase in large quantity and carry stock. Hence the market price needs to be set as such that once the local dealers show an interest to carry product range, discounts can be absorbed.

Normal shipments of plastic drums on pallets is made by Road or Sea. We can send by air too but the freight cost is much higher.
Sample Box
We regularly receive request for free samples. We have adopted a policy to initially charge for samples and reimburse the cost with future full order.
To courier or ship sample box as 'Limited Quantity' of Class 3 Flammable Liquids is expensive hence the charge for sample box.
We supply the sample box at reduced cost for you to assess the product by carrying out various tests at your end and feel satisfied with the product before we commence normal shipment. We issue 'Certificate of Conformity' for material with each shipment.
(1) We have acrylic and PU lacquers.
(2) Acrylic lacquer. HS codes is 320910 00 and it is Non Hazardous for transport. PU is Hazardous, UN1866, Class 3, Flammable
(3) We can supply as 20kg plastic drum, 200kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC.
(4) We quote ex-works price and freight is added at cost as it varies on quantity you purchase and mode of shipment.

(6) By Air the approximate freight cost would be: 1 drum of 20kg £90, 5 drums of 20kg (100kg) £225
(7) By Sea the approximate freight cost would be: 480kg (24 drums) £250, 1000kg- £290, 1500kg- £300, 2000kg-£325
(8) Label drum and invoice prepared as per your suggestion for your customs requirement and advice you on payment method.
(9) Please note that we will need full payment before shipment.
(10) We can send 1 litre free of charge but you will have to pay TNT charges. We can send as payment on delivery.
(11) We need at least 14 days to manufacture from date of order.
